Provola Pistachio is a soft cow’s milk cheese with the addition of shelled pistachios.

The choice to use milk from small local farms, combined with manual processing, gives our cheeses a typical flavour, impossible to find in similar products because it is closely linked to the territory of origin and the experience of our cheesemakers.

Ingredients: pasteurized milk,pistachio, rennet, salt and lactic ferments.
