Preparation and use
1 Filter – Place the filter in a cup and gently pour boiling water, if possible not directly on the filter.
4-5 Minutes – Leave the chamomile to infuse for 4-5 minutes (preferably covering the cup, so as to keep the fragrance of the scent that characterizes it intact).
Honey – You can enjoy it natural or sweeten it, preferably with honey.
Cold – Once prepared, you can also enjoy it cold because it maintains its unmistakable taste and all its properties intact.
