Characteristics: almost transparent straw yellow color, delicate taste, vanilla aroma, liquid consistency. Ideal for sweetening infusions and dairy products. Beekeeping: in wooden and wax frames placed in hives treated only with non-toxic paints. Only if necessary, treatments based on organic acids or essential oils are used as required by the organic specification. Processing: honey extraction, mechanical centrifugation and cold decantation. Processing temperature below 50°C.
